The Forgotten Poems

I want to start a studio after I finish getting my bachelors in Fiction Filmmaking. My original plan was to start a videography studio, you know, do wedding videos, do corporate stuff, commercials, to make money. At the same time do an online site with video skits and sell DVDs of a "season" of skits and do cartoons and eventually sell merchandise. Then I'd get a building, with editing rooms and equipment rooms and a sound stage all financed by the videography studio. Have a soudn booth i'd rent out and an auditorium I'd show my stuff in and have a local coffee shop sell their product like every friday night have a friday night at the movies kind of thing. Then eventually, with all this money, and after hiring a producer, be able to finance a movie with a real budget.

But the more I think about it, the less I want ot do the whole videography aspect. I mean originally I wanted to do that for the money, but it's going to be just as hard to start up in that field and why sink all my time and energy into that when it's not even what I want to do in the long run?

Would it be better for me to just do the entertainment part and try to find financial backers and focus all my efforts on doing what I want to do? I mean starting a business is hard enough..starting two would be even harder. I'm just not sure.

I had wanted to finish Private School by June 7 (my birthday). I very much doubt that will happen.

A certain project with a certain insect and spider has been on my mind a lot lately. I wish Ian would retrieve my script for me so I can work on it.
