Ramble this and ramble that...

Wow has it been awhile...so here's the scoop double oh p.

I have no idea what the heck that was, sorry...I apologize.

Anyway, so my dad's been in the hospital for what seems like an eternity. He had...painful popped blood vessels on his bottom let's just put it that way...well then they found out that he had a urinary tract infection and then maybe either a prostate infection or prostate cancer....so the next day he went back to the ER for chest pains (turned out to be from stress...my dad is more obese and unhealthy than my mom but boy does he have good cholesterol levels, it's the genetics, people).

So he has to have surgery for the first problem in order to check his prostate and then I guess he had some other problems and they had to do a surgery that I am not going to detail because all of this deals with very personal stuff in other words I've never seen my dad so subdued and serious the man jokes at funerals! Maybe this will be a little lesson in slowing down...Dad, you're 63, you don't need to work seven days a week and do overtime and go in at night when they have problems etc etc.

He saw some idiot quack proctologist that John didn't want him to see (only doctor on call) who not only didn't think dad needed surgery (despite what all the OTHER DOCTORS SAY) but my dad my a comment about the urinal tract infection and the doctor said:

"Yeah, I don't really know why men get urinal tract infections..."

Idiot! We all looked at him like he was a moron. "You know, I don't really know why smokers get lung cancer, its a mystery to me..." Anyway, so my dad is out of prison (hospital) now and hopefully will be getting surgery soon (from someone who is hopefully not a quack, it was great my mom fired the idiot guy - in a polite way).

Other than that (an anyone ever notice hospitals don't have signs on them that say "A Nice Place to Be" or hold tour groups for kindegarten classes?) things have been all right...I am getting mad at my fellow Christians a lot lately though...if you don't understand the Evolution issue, stay out of it, you're making us intelligent ones look dumb!

CREATIONISM is not, nor can it ever be, a science. Science is testable through the scientific method. You cannot use the scientific method to disprove God's existence.

EVOLUTION says nothing about the origin of life on this planet, but merely its development.

EVOLUTION is a theory, it is not a fact. No good scientist or science teacher thinks that we have proved evolution is true. In actually, science never makes the claim that it can prove anything.

CREATIONISM does not belong in a science class. Unless you want to put evolution in a religion class.

I believe in creationism, and I believe in micro evolution, and I think there is evidence out there not to support creationism, but to take support away from evolution. However, creationism cannot be a science no matter how you package it and trying to force schools as such isn't going to get people to believe what you believe, its going to push them away even more because those science teachers (at least the college ones) are brighter than the average Christian protester and they are just making you guys look like fools. You want people to learn about Creationism or Intelligent Design or whatever, teach it to them in a religion class. You want, important watch here as I distinguish the kind of evolution, MACRO evolution taken out of textbooks then this is what you NEED to do:

Write a book that DISPROVES macro evolution. A book that examines the facts, research, etc, and shows that it doesn't support macro evolution. Don't try to prove there is an intelligent designer because life is complex, you can't PROVE anything. You can only disprove it.

I'm tired and I'm rambling.
