If I wrote for Rebecca St James, would she pay me in hugs?

You know, I like Diaryland. It's always here when I need it. Or whatever.

Now, I know what you all are thinking. Right now it's about 5:57 pm, Melinda is in class, Jacob's in the computer lab, shouldn't he be writing? Probably. And I will. In a moment. If the mood strikes me.

Rob Haight would not like to hear me say that. I'm not sure if I ever mentioned this but he told us a story in our creative writing class about how he would let students wander around during writing time, as long as they worked on their stuff, and he came across one of his students going to the parking lot to leave. She said that she wasn't in the mood to write. Rob was furios. "Of course you're not in the mood," he replied, "but you're never going to write anything if you sit around waiting to get in the mood."

He's pwobably wite. So I'll try peoples, I really will.
