Mark 12: 28-31 Well a lot has happened since I last updated (actually updated). Not really. Life is pretty much going ess el oh double you. Last friday we were, ideally, supposed to start rehearsing the dance number for the movie but my music guy isn't done writing the song yet or something and I can't get ahold of him...oh well. It'll work itself out, hopefully. We atleast got to film, so we still worked. Ian and I are supposed to start editing this week and oh my goodness is that going to suck! I HATE editing, lol. But it has to be done. Now, using an estimate I heard once that each five minutes of footage takes about an hour to edit...that means we have about 168 hours of editing ahead of us (7 full 24 hour days). Oh boy! Spring break started. Nothing like editing and watching your nephew and not going anywhere! Whee! I've been reading this very peculiar book entitled "Between Two Worlds" lately. Its like an occult manual for the other side and paranormal activity. It's humorous to say the least. I'll end with a quote from it in a second. I read it yesterday and it made me laugh out loud so I am going to share it with you. Don't you love it when you tell kids to do something and they totally drown you out? I can't get "Breakfast at Tiffanys" out of my head. 'It's plain to see that we are over, and I hate when things are over, and so much is left undone." Stil uncertain about anything beyond the end of this semester. Like, if I move to Ian's, what am I going to do with all my stuff? It has to be stored somewhere...hm...Plus we are pretty uncertain when we're going to do our next movie...I'm really excited about this one though. I can't wait to start working on it (the script needs some refining). All right, I guess that is all. Here's that quote: "The voice of wish fulfilment pays to be watched. The story of the gambler at Las Vegas is a good illustration. After he lost steadily and left the tables in disgust, he heard a voice saying: 'Go back, bet on 12.' He went back and played, with the remnants of his funds, the number suggested. It won. As he wanted to withdraw the money, the voice spoke again: 'Leave it.' He did and he won. Again he wanted to withdraw the money, but the voice would not let him. So he left it the third time-and lost. Whereupon, the voice said: 'Oh, hell!'" Hehehehe. Ok, laters! |
